We believe we can help make food production more sustainable and secure by enabling farmers around the world to make better use of agricultural field robots.
Our mission is to provide a safety system for robot manufacturers, that will replace the need for farmers to monitor robots in the field.
Even though robots are gaining ground in agriculture, they still need to be physically monitored by the farmer. Therefore, the field robots are not yet profitable for most farmers.
However, the shortage of labor and an ever-increasing demand for food place enormous demands on even more efficient and cost-effective solutions in agriculture.
Our ambition is to implement algorithms for a safety solution that meets functional safety standards for all agricultural robots, and by that contribute to a more efficient and sustainable food production.
Our team has extensive experience with 3D data analysis, agricultural robots, and functional safety analysis. In our development work, we therefore use robot simulation, which makes it possible to develop and test the robot software much faster. Among other things, we simulate the use of lidar and camera sensors on robot.
